Mainland Crossing

The shopping center counts among its tenants The Optometry Group and Luna’s Mexican Restaurant, among others. Only about 35,000 square feet of the center is occupied by tenants. But that soon will change. JMK5 has already secured three major tenants for Mainland Crossing. Booker T’s World Gym Arena will move from Mainland City Centre, 10000 Emmett F. Lowry Expressway, to Mainland Crossing. The University of Texas Medical Branch also has signed a letter of intent to lease 10,500 square feet in the center.
