What would your response be if you found out that an employee has stolen money from you?
Well this just recently happened to Jerome Karam. He found out that an employee stole $100,000 from him. When he confronted the employee Karam made a deal with them. Instead of sending the person to prison for their crime he asked that they give him $65,000 back and they can keep the rest. After receiving the $65,000 back he donated it while adding another $35,000 to a children’s charity.
